Join the AMDM

Membership is open to any  person, firm or corporation engaged in the manufacture, processing or repacking  of medical diagnostic devices or components thereof or who provides services to  these manufacturers. Click here to access an interactive PDF membership application. 
  • Membership Dues are paid in January each year and are structured according to the total number of employees working at a company facility (not just those in the RA/QA functions).  
  • Individuals may join the organization by paying the dues rate assigned for one employee. Foreign memberships are welcomed.
  • Current members receive invoices in December as a request for membership renewal.
  • New members should complete the membership application and send via e-mail to amdm_secretary@att.net. Payment options include charges to a credit card or we'll send you an invoice for payment by company check or wire transfer.
